Net-Zero Structures Ltd is a proud member of the Canadian Home Builders Associations's Net Zero Energy Housing Council (NZC). The NZC supports innovation in the building industry with the goal of creating a market advantage for builders and renovators pursuing Net Zero Energy performance.

Net-Zero Structures has been helping people build net zero energy ready buildings. First it was providing engineered structural insulated panels (SIPs). SIPs provide the high performance building envelope which is the key first step in the pursuit of a net zero energy building. Since then, Net-Zero Structures has expanded our operations to include the construction of net zero energy ready buildings. That is, we build buildings with heating loads reduced to the point where it is feasible to meet the energy needs of that building with on-site energy generation.

Through our involvement in the NZC we aim to promote the Net Zero energy performance and meet the housing aspirations of people like you.

If you're interested in building in a home where your annual energy consumption nets out at zero, give us a call.

Energy-Efficient Chalet on Hudson Bay Mountain Built with SIPs

“I began to research energy efficiency and affordability and your companies’ product quickly became the front-runner,” says Rob. “We chose Net-Zero Structure’s structural insulated panels (SIPs) for many reasons including ease and speed of erection as well as cost and availability.”
